Since 2016 I am working on my PhD with Jan Distelmeyer and Birgit Schneider in the area of media theory, diagrammatic and information visualization. What I'm interested in is the role of information visualization in the creation of knowledge. What worldview does the medium visualization offer and what is the role of the designer within this process?
